TERMS AND AGREEMENT

Payment of services must be made in full before services are rendered. By submitting agreeing for payment, client understands that they have retained HG & Associates, Inc. to advise and review their application for license with the State of Florida CILB. No refunds are allowed once payment has been approved.

Client also understands that there are certain situations that HG & Associates, Inc., has no control over whatsoever when DBPR reviews client’s application. Requirements and procedures change rapidly with DBPR and it is possible that application approval may be affected by such changes. This can especially be possible in regards to financial, background, experience or criminal questions. Client will not hold HG & Associates, Inc., responsible for such changes, questions or any other requirements that DBPR may require. Client also agrees that such requirements are beyond the control of HG & Associates, Inc. In the event that DBPR determines that the client’s application may have to forwarded to the Board for approval, HG & Associates, Inc., will assist client as to the best possible manners he or she may need to be prepared for the Board.
